When sending support email, please provide product and version information (ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS CFX, ROHR2, CaePipe, SpaceClaim,Tekla Structures, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, CSiBridge, Powerconnect , IDEA StatiCa Steel etc. and 15.0.7, 16.0 etc.).

During 2017 the EDRMedeso support will be closed the following days due to National holidays. Any requests received on these days will be attended to the following working day.
