EDRMedeso, the Nordics and UK-based simulation software and services group, has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® for the second year running.

Based on feedback across a variety of employee/employer interfaces the award is centered entirely on what employee’s report about their workplace experience – specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace. To be recognized as a GPTW, a company must satisfy a score of above 65% in the Trust Index; EDRMedeso scored over 90% in each locale.

‘EDRMedeso is built on people and technology – in that order’

‘EDRMedeso is built on people and technology – in that order’, says Chief People Officer, Tarja Immonen-Harmaala.
‘Our ‘One Team’ philosophy nurtures a culture of respect, belonging and collaboration which in turn influences the defining characteristics of our organisation – passion for technology, curiosity, thirst for knowledge, high standards, continuous learning, desire for change and willingness to share. As people enabling innovation, our employees exemplify enthusiasm about the positive impact their work has not only on the colleagues around them but also our customers and society. To that end, we are all immensely proud to achieve Great Place to Work® status across our operations for the second year running, with increased year-on-year satisfaction results. We look forward to continuing that trend in 2024 and beyond’.
