Based in Katowice, EDRMedeso is an Elite channel partner for Ansys software in Poland. Part of a larger group, the company is responsible for sales, consultancy and account management of Ansys software in Europe. The opportunity
The role will include:
- Building and eventually leading a technical application engineering team in Poland.
- Providing technical pre-sales support for Ansys products in cooperation with the sales team —including demos, presentations, and expert consultations.
- Delivering expert advice to clients in your area of Ansys specialisation (any product line — FEA, CFD, electromagnetics, systems, etc.).
- Participating in implementation projects, client onboarding, and solution deployment.
- Working closely with regional and global colleagues across EDRMedeso.
What we’re looking for
The post-holder will have:
- 5+ years of experience working with Ansys software in any product group.
- Proven experience in team leadership or project management roles.
- Strong technical consulting and communication skills — you’re confident in front of both engineers and decision-makers.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages to a professional working standard (spoken and written).
- A team player mindset who is self-motivated and can work effectively individually and within a team.
- A background in industries like automotive, aerospace, energy, electronics, or medical devices. (preferred)
- Experience in supporting sales processes or working with external partners. (preferred)
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE workflows, numerical simulation, and multi-physics environments. (preferred)
