Job Type: Full-time

About Us

EDRMedeso is a leading simulation and digital engineering solutions provider in Northern Europe. We help companies innovate smarter, faster, and more sustainably. As we continue expanding our market, we’re looking for a talented, experienced and resourceful Field Marketing Manager to support our efforts in the Polish market.

Role Overview

As our Field Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute a mix of digital campaigns, in-person events, and partner-driven marketing initiatives tailored to the Polish market.   You will be responsible for developing and executing tradeshow, hosting seminars, and creating campaigns that connect sales and marketing. Your work will include adapting global content for the local culture, running targeted paid campaigns, and tracking ROI.

You will work closely with the central marketing team, local sales teams, and partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through both online and offline channels.

 Key Responsibilities

At EDRMedeso, we’re not just growing — we’re evolving. As our new Field Marketing Manager for Poland & the Baltics, you will play an important role in shaping our presence in a fast-growing market

In this role, you will have a rare opportunity to work at two levels — as an integral member of our Polish team, bringing campaigns to life on the ground, and as an active part of our global marketing organisation, sharing ideas, resources, and successes across markets. You’ll blend global strategies with local cultural insight, ensuring every initiative resonates and delivers measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity to plan and deliver impactful campaigns and memorable events that connect strategy with execution. You will blend global marketing initiatives with a deep understanding of local culture, crafting initiatives that resonate and generate real business results.

We believe change is an opportunity, not a challenge. That’s why you’ll have the freedom to experiment, measure success, and refine strategies based on solid data. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales, partners, and fellow marketers across Northern Europe and UK to build brand awareness, drive pipeline growth, and create meaningful customer engagement.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy turning insights into action, and want to be part of a team that challenges the status quo, this is your chance to make a visible impact — locally and beyond.
