EDRMedeso and Construsoft Join Forces Under Newly-Formed Miryen Group to Drive Growth and Propel Simulation Technology Across Industries

EDRMedeso and Construsoft are excited to announce they are joining forces under the newly-formed Miryen Group, marking a significant step toward creating a globally competitive and highly innovative organization in the world of simulation solutions. Facilitated by Green Park, the Netherlands-based growth investor with expertise in digital engineering, this partnership will amplify synergies, accelerate growth opportunities, and deliver enhanced value to customers worldwide. The combined entity unites EDRMedeso’s advanced expertise in CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) solutions with Construsoft’s specialized knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies.
Under the Miryen Group umbrella, the CAE business unit will continue to operate under the EDRMedeso brand, carrying forward its reputation as a leading provider of simulation and engineering solutions built on Ansys technologies. Customers can expect the same high-quality services, expertise, and innovation that have defined EDRMedeso’s success to date.
The BIM business unit, known as BuildingPoint Scandinavia, will merge with Construsoft, combining the teams, solutions, and customer bases to strengthen the Trimble technology offering. This consolidation will enhance capabilities and improve delivery of BIM solutions, supporting a growing customer community across Europe and beyond.
