Our History
EDRMedeso was originally two companies: Norwegian EDR, founded in 1986, and Swedish Medeso, founded in 1987. Both companies worked in the field of computer-aided engineering and when they merged in 2012, they became EDRMedeso.
In the same year, we became part of the Trimble family, a leader within building information modeling (BIM) under the brand BuildingPoint Scandinavia.
Having met a number of demanding criteria and requirements of an ongoing certification process, we proudly became and remain the only Apex Channel Partner for Ansys in the Nordics and UK.
Among our customers are some of Europe’s leading companies in industry, engineering and construction, as well as consultants and specialists at smaller engineering organizations. Furthermore, our tools are used at universities and technical colleges at both graduate and postgraduate levels.
